TMZ reports that police have enough evidence to charge Amanda Bynes with that hit and run that happened August 4th.

Remember when she hit a woman in L.A. and tried to put the bumper back on the woman's car but it didn't stay. Then Bynes took off without exchanging insurance info with the woman.

TMZ reports that police sent the case to the L.A. City Attorney for prosecution within the next week.

The City Attorney will decide on filing a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge against the actress.

So far, no word from Bynes' reps.
