Kanye West is allegedly preparing to propose to Kim Kardashian as soon as her divorce from Kris Humphries is finalized.

If that seems fast, technically they've been friends for nearly a decade.  Even during her marriage to Humphries when some say she cheated with West.

A source says he's having a ring made from his late mother Donda's personal jewelry collection!!
