I guess Madonna doesn't think it's time to show sensitivity to the victims of last week's massacre in Colorado.

At a gig Saturday in Scotland, she continued waving guns around onstage. And the thing is, it wasn't just potentially insensitive to the victims, it's illegal there.

In Scotland, there's an ordinance against gun imagery onstage thanks to an incident in Dunblane in 1996, in which a gunman entered a school and massacred 16 kids and one adult.

Madonna was warned ahead of time, but she didn't listen. Still, local authorities say they're not going to take any action.

A member of her tour staff says, "Madonna would rather cancel her show than censor her art. Her entire career, she has fought against people telling her what she can and cannot do. She's not about to start listening to them now."
