Minutes after obtaining a marriage license with his fiancée Hilaria Thomas, Alec Baldwin allegedly lunged at and attacked a "New York Daily News" photographer.

It happened Tuesday. While he was leaving the building with Thomas, he had an encounter with Marcus Santos of "The New York Daily News".
Santos says Baldwin was "looking mad" and told paparazzi to "step back".
He then allegedly grabbed fellow photographer Jefferson Siegel.
Santos says, “I said, ‘Don’t touch him...I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming.”
Santos said that Baldwin was like a rabid dog.
“He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me — one time, right in the chin,” Santos said. “Then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way.”
Santos said Baldwin “lunged” at him “like a raging bull.”
Baldwin says in a Tweet, he was defending himself, "A 'photographer 'almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning".
"The photographer who assaulted me has (belatedly) gone to a hospital claiming injuries," he Tweeted.
Witnesses backed up Santos' description of the incident.
“I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over,” Baldwin Tweeted.
Santos is taking legal action against Baldwin.
